A new residential district in Dighomi 8

Pillar Park is a new, large-scale residential district being developed in Tbilisi, in Dighomi 8, on Lasha Lashkhia Street, creating a new standard of modern European urban living.

The total area of the project is 77,000 square meters, of which 65,000 sq.m is dedicated to recreational spaces and diverse infrastructure. This scale and the high proportion of green areas make “Pillar Park” outstanding both in terms of space and the ratio of recreational area per resident. In this regard, the project is an absolute leader, offering — sq.m of recreational space per apartment. Such a parameter is typical of large central city parks.

The project is designed for an active, healthy, and comfortable lifestyle and includes:

  • 4 padel courts
  • 3 tennis courts
  • Basketball and football fields
  • A 1,200-meter cycling track
  • A modern fitness center
  • A specially designed area for pets
  • A climbing wall
  • Relaxation and landscaped green areas

  • Internal, closed courtyards

As part of the project, more than 2,000 trees are planned to be planted, further enhancing an environmentally clean and healthy setting where urban comfort harmoniously blends with nature.
